It started snowing around 2:30 PM on Friday. It snowed all the rest of the day into the night and most of Saturday, too. I'm not sure when it stopped snowing, but it started again on Sunday and snowed all day. It's a fluffy snow so far. We were snowed in all weekend. What a wonderful cozy feeling. Kevin made fish chowder in the crock pot and I baked peanut butter cookies. I finished decorating the tree and wrapped Christmas gifts. We watched hockey and football and were charmed by Wes Welker's snow angel. Not a bad way to enjoy a weekend.

Here are some weekend pictures:

Here's proof that even football players make snow angels!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - LINDA AND HEATHER

Time to celebrate!

Since, my birthday is Dec 1st & my daughter's birthday was Nov. 18th - both weekdays...we decided to celebrate our BDs on the weekend after Thanksgiving.

The Cheese Cake Factory in Peabody was the perfect place to accomplish our mission. The Cheesecake Factory is a unique, upscale casual dining restaurant offering more than 200 menu selections including Appetizers, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Steaks, Salads, Sandwiches, and more.

We had to save room for dessert! There are 50 delicious cheesecakes and desserts such as White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle® Cheesecake, Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, Pumpkin Cheesecake
, and Lemon Raspberry Cheese Cake....That's what I had.

We had good food and the cheese cake desserts were to die for. All in all it was great fun.

The darker photos were taken without a flash as I didn't want to bother people by taking lots of flash pictures. Also, we lucked out and had a semi-circular booth at the end of the restaurant. This made the evening even better because it was a very busy place, and kind of noisy, too.

So Many Leaves

Maybe, it was because of our rainy summer, but we had SO MANY LEAVES this year. The trees were majorly productive! Here are a few photos of some of our leaves after they were raked up. This is just part of it...there's more on the side of the house and in the back yard, also. Too bad the leaves can't be used for fuel. We were lucky to get the yard cleaned up before any snow.
